Training & Workshops center on conferences and workshops that provide technical knowledge and hands on skills training, leadership development, career exploration, and job training for African American and Hispanic professionals, individuals, businesses, groups, and organizations that can empower them to develop and increase personal and professional life skills.


Services consist of conferences and professional training relating to substance abuse, child care, communication, group work, supervision, conflict management, TQM, time management, and cultural diversity. Other training consists of CPR and First Aid Courses, and computers classes. These activities are provided to local government agencies, state agencies, and national organizations. Training caters to professional groups or organizations; youth, teens, parents, schools, universities, city municipalities, churches, businesses, public and/or private associations as well as for profit and not-for profit entities.
